Grand Ballroom
Our 6,000 sq ft. ballroom features two cocktail bars, a cordial bar, high ceilings and a mahogany dance floor. Recessed pin-spot lighting highlight the room's decor, while surrounded by the estate's beautiful backdrops through windows around the room.

Atrium
A magnificent 14,400 sqft. atrium brings the great outdoors inside all year long. The climate-controlled environment features a Koi pond with an overlooking ceremonial bridge, and is filled with tropical plants, flowers and floor to ceiling windows. A built-in bar, baby grand piano, mahogany dance floor, antique credenzas, farm tables and lanterns adorning the ceiling create a whimsical, exotic atmosphere.

The Grounds
With over 12 acres of private property lined with tall cedar trees, the range of natural backdrops is endless: the Flowerfield Swan Pond, the Swan House, the Cottage and the Pond Island with its ceremonial gazebo and wooden bridge. Scenic water fountains and manicured sloped lawns edged with vibrant flowers adorn the landscape. The vineyard adjacent to the fruit orchard can be viewed from the grand ballroom and offers guests wonderful opportunities stroll and explore.
