The Long Island Expressway:
Take the LIE East to Exit 53 (Sagtikos Parkway ~ North Sunken Meadow Pk) - Take the Sagtikos Pkwy to Exit SM1E (Northern State Parkway)  -- follow directions below from the Northern State Parkway.

The Northern State Parkway:
Take the Northern State Parkway East to the end.  At this point the Northern State will turn into Routes 347/454.  Continue east for approximately 2 miles. The roadways will split. Bear left staying on Route 347. Continue on 347 for approximately 5 1/2 miles.  You will approach the Smithhaven Mall. At that light make a left onto Moriches Road. Take Moriches Road for 1 1/2 miles passing the St. James Nursing Home and a park on the right. Make the first right onto Mills Pond Road.  Take Mills Pond Road over the train tracks. Flowerfield is the third gate on your right (the one with the white stone pillars).  Follow the driveway up under the awning.

Take the LIE to Exit 62 (Nichols Road ~ County Road 97).  Take Nichols Road North to Nesconset Highway (Rte. 347).  Make a left onto Rte. 347 traveling West to Moriches Road (passing the Lowes/Borders Shopping Center) and make a right onto Moriches Road.  Take Moriches Road about 1 1/2 miles passing the St. James Nursing Home and a park. Make the first right onto Mills Pond Road.  Take Mills Pond Road over the train tracks.  Flowerfield is the third gate on your right (the one with the white stone pillars).  Follow the driveway up under the awning.
